B1 Marking Caster Brake Pad Elastic Fatigue Test Report

I. Introduction

In industrial casters, the brake structure is an important component that directly affects product safety and user experience. A caster should not only have good load-bearing capacity and smooth rolling performance, but also provide reliable braking performance during equipment parking, positioning, loading and unloading, maintenance, and temporary fixing.

The test sample in this report is the “B1 Marking” sample, and the test item is the brake pad elastic fatigue test. The test equipment used was a fatigue brake testing machine. The test method was to conduct continuous, uninterrupted testing on the brake testing machine with a 2-second cycle. The test started at 9:50, with an initial count of 0 cycles, and ended at 17:50, with a final count of 4,380 cycles. After the test, the sample status showed that the brake pad functioned normally, and the final test result was qualified.

II. Overview of Test Conditions and Test Method

The test method was to conduct continuous and uninterrupted testing on the brake testing machine with a 2-second cycle. This means that the testing equipment operated the brake pad periodically at a fixed rhythm, completing one cycle every 2 seconds. This method applies repeated action to the brake pad over an extended period, allowing the sample to experience continuous elastic compression, release, and recovery.

The test started at 9:50 and ended at 17:50, lasting approximately 8 hours. The number of test cycles increased from 0 to 4,380. After the required number of cycles was completed, the final condition of the sample was observed to determine whether the brake pad function remained normal.

III. Test Result and Sample Condition Analysis

According to the test record, the B1 Marking sample began testing at 9:50 with an initial count of 0 cycles. By the end of the test at 17:50, the total number of cycles had reached 4,380. After the test, the sample condition was recorded as “the brake pad functioned normally.” In the test result table, the inspection standard was “after 4,380 cycles, the brake pad function remains normal,” and the actual test result was “qualified.”

This result shows that, under the specified test conditions, the B1 Marking caster brake pad did not show obvious functional failure after 4,380 cycles of continuous fatigue testing. The brake pad was still able to maintain its normal function after repeated operation, indicating good elastic recovery and structural stability.

IV. Koco Caster Factory’s Quality Concept and Product Value

Koco Caster Factory has always attached great importance to the reliability of caster products in actual application scenarios. For industrial customers, the value of a caster is not only reflected in its appearance or basic load capacity, but also in its long-term performance under repeated operation and complex working conditions. The brake pad remained functional and the final result was qualified. This result supports Koco Caster Factory’s product quality image and highlights its commitment to reliable braking performance, stable industrial application, and customer-oriented caster solutions.
