Forged Heavy Duty Caster

K61​‍​‌‍​‍‌ series Heavy duty casters 900kg gocarts for heavy use of KoCo, a single wheel has a load capacity of 680-900kg. At the center, there is a 9mm drop forged steel top plate and an 18mm hydraulically riveted center pin, combined with the double-layer raceways hardened by heat treatment. Applications to automotive stamping lines, steel mines, and heavy mold handling made them a solid structure that supports high-intensity powered towing applications.
