K61 series forged heavy duty caster gocart wheels are designed for extraordinarily heavy-duty use where very heavy loads are combined with extremely tough environments and the highest level of performance is required. In fact, the top plates of these casters are larger than usual, and the drop forged steel swivel raceway is a feature that has been surface heat-treated locally that gives the product outstanding wear resistance and impact strength, which is one of their main manufacturing characteristics. The final caster made by the thickened and widened yoke legs has an even more reinforced load -bearing capability that can handle a powered towing application.

K61 Series Core Advantages:

High-strength forged steel top plate: Impact-resistant forging with a 7.5mm bracket severely drops forged a steel chipped 9 mm top plate, far superior to ordinary stamping parts.

Reinforced swivel raceway: The ball bearing design with double-row, the raceway surface hardened locally by heat-treatment, thus ensuring flexible and smooth rotation even under nearly 1-ton loads.

Optimized for powered towing: The widened and thickened bracket legs greatly increase the lateral load capacity of the unit, thus making it perfectly suited for powered towing applications such as AGVs or mechanical towing.

Heavy-duty center pin structure: It consists of 18mm solid steel rivets that are hydraulically upset, which ensures that the rivets will not loosen or fall out even under heavy impact.

Step 1: Match by load capacity:

For 680kg to 750kg: 150mm (6") size is available.

For 900kg: You can only choose from 200mm (8"), 250mm (10"), or 300mm (12") in different sizes.

Step 2: Choose wheel material based on operating mode:

UC: Because the wheel surface is curved, the contact area is very small, and the resistance to steering is minimal. Recommendation: Perfect for frequent turning or manual pushing in your environment.

PI: The wheel surface is flat, so the load is evenly distributed. Recommendation: Suitable for high-load, long-term applications at one place or for situations requiring extremely high stability.

CI: extremely high temperature resistant and metal chips resistant. Recommendation: For harsh environments such as steel mills and mines, or areas where there is a lot of sharp debris.

Step 3: Check the installation dimensions:

Should you decide to alter these, the top plate size can be 115 × 160 mm.

Hole spacing range: Allows for adjustment flexibility from 62 × 125 mm to 86 × 133 mm, thus directly replacing most heavy-duty standard mounting positions.
