All KoCo products can be repaired free of charge within one year from the date of delivery due to quality problems caused by raw materials or processes. The damage caused by improper use, overloading, modification, or installation error is excluded. Products returned due to quality approved by KoCo will be replaced free of charge (shipping and installation costs at your own expense). This warranty applies only to the KoCo products themselves and contains no other promises, express or implied. This warranty is limited to contractual replacement at no charge, and KoCo is not liable for any other liability, including liability for accidental, consequential, or special damage to the product.
