Product Description:
The K421 series PU cushioned wheel is developed for stability and precision by employing a single precision bearing as the yoke swivel center. This innovative design focuses on swivel flexibility, which means that the caster turns without swaying to keep the cart body stable. Moreover, high-quality polyurethane is used as a buffer spring, which not only raises the load capacity significantly but also gives excellent shock absorption.



Advantages:
Extremely Low Center of Gravity Design:
The mounted height has been minimized (only 96 mm), while still allowing a load capacity of 200 kg. The compact structural layout can be a great help to the effectiveness of the anti-tip function during acceleration or turning.
Distinctive Polyurethane Cushioning Structure:
Compared to regular casters, the K421 has a cushioning spring system made of high-quality polyurethane integrated. Apart from increasing the load capacity to a great extent, it also gets rid of the very small vibrations caused by the road.
17mm Giant Center Pin and Double-Layer Hardened Raceways:
A 17mm extra-large diameter center pin is combined with heat-treated double-row ball raceways; the two layers are hard, thus the bracket will never distort, or the steering will not be jammed under heavy loads.
Professional-Grade Black Electrophoretic Coating (E-coating):
High-performance black electrophoretic anti-corrosion treatment has been applied to the entire body. This kind of coating offers superior corrosion resistance compared to standard galvanizing, and a very industrial-looking, aesthetically pleasing surface as well. The surface treatment process is rust flake-free, and is indeed a perfect match to high-end laboratory, semiconductor clean room, and 3C automated production lines that demand dust-free conditions.

K421 Quick Selection Guide:
For ultimate low center of gravity (55mm wheel diameter): Mounting height 96mm only. Perfect fit for tightly packed robot bases or very low workbenches with very limited height. Balancing load capacity and flexibility (75mm wheel diameter): Installation height 116mm. Excellent obstacle crossing capabilities and the highest rolling efficiency, thus extremely suitable for mobile handling equipment that is frequently required to cross gaps.
Wheel material characteristics: DPA double-wheel high-rebound PU material, which is floor-friendly and offers excellent shock absorption, with very good silent performance.
