The K82 series dual wheel caster is forged and drop-steel produced by machining to meet the requirements of ultra-heavy-duty applications under extremely severe conditions. High load capacity and excellent rotating flexibility are the advantages of the dual-wheel design.

Since the raceways are precision-machined and heat-treated, the kingpinless design can be considered a feature of such a product, along with high impact resistance to continuous vibration and impact loads. Rotates flexibly, moves smoothly, and is suitable for power traction.

Kingpinless Integrated Structure:

This upgrade of heavy-duty casters is the biggest breakthrough in technology. Via precision machining and localized heat treatment, and quenching, a rotating raceway can be integrated with the 14mm drop-forged base plate. So, this design removes the basic risk of bending or breaking of conventional kingpins under lateral impact or continuous vibration, thus this extends heavy-duty traction scenarios' equipment maintenance cycle.

Parallel Dual-Wheel Balanced Loading Technology:

K82 heavy duty dual wheel caster uses two 76mm×2 wheels. Here, the ground contact area is twice that of single-wheeled products. Apart from this, the static load capacity is increased to 4.5 tons and the workshop floor pressure is significantly decreased to prevent damage to expensive flooring.

14mm Drop-Forged Steel Base Plate and Precision Machining:

The caster is a high-quality drop-forged steel product, having a top plate thickness of 14mm, and the bracket structure is strengthened by several treatments.

Any operation involving modification, improper installation, or use beyond the limits of the technical specifications will automatically invalidate the warranty. When it is proved that the product has a quality issue, KoCo will freely replace it but will not take any additional expenses, including but not limited to shipping costs, downtime losses, or incidental damages. The warranty of the KoCo products is limited to the free replacement of the defective products, and the purpose is to set up a fair after-sales feedback mechanism based on facts and regulations.
