Top heat treatment is applied to the dual-race design tracks of the K21 series tpr caster to make the tracks more versatile and durable. The single wheel can be made from a variety of materials, which makes the thermoplastic rubber caster suitable for different types of road surfaces. Besides low rolling resistance, the product also has flexible rotation.
Five core advantages:
Double-layer heat-treated track: The swivel head adopts a double-row ball structure, which is heat-treated and thus strengthened, making 360° flexible steering possible even under full load.
Steel construction: 3.5mm-thickened installation base plate + 2.3mm bracket, with strength that not only matches but also exceeds similar competitive products, thus no deformation will be caused under long-term loading.
Top-level Surface Treatment: Using a green electro-galvanizing method, it has been exposed to a 24-hour salt spray test and has passed it successfully. Thus it is rust and corrosion resistant and can be used in a wide range of harsh environments.
Multiple material options: More than 10 types of tread materials, including PU, TPR, nylon, and phenolic, are available, coming with a perfect adaptation to the different surfaces.

Products confirmed by the quality department to be defective will be replaced on a free-of-charge basis (the customer will bear the cost of shipping and installation). The warranty here offered only applies to the product itself and thus excludes any other express or implied commitments. This warranty is limited to free replacement only, and KoCo shall not be liable for any other damages of whatever kind, in particular, but not limited to, incidental or special damages.
