221 series heavy duty caster wheels with brakes is the picture of innovation with its die-cast aluminum one-piece top plate support block raising the overall caster strength. A fixed pedal for brake adjustment in operation is thus faster and more convenient. The brake control handle is a firm structure and will consequently not rotate with the yoke, thereby ensuring safe and stable use.

Non-rotating fixed operating structure:

Unlike the limitations of conventional casters, where the operating lever rotates with the wheel, K221 PU brake caster adjustment handle stays in a set position. There is no need for operators to stoop to locate the handle position, hence safety hazards caused by unintentional contact with rotating parts are effectively avoided.

Integrated die-cast aluminum support block:

The main supporting component is a high-strength die-cast aluminum alloy part, which has higher compressive strength and toughness than traditional stamped parts. It can effectively absorb vibrations and support heavy equipment for long periods of time.

Double-layer heat-treated hardened raceway:

The swivel head is equipped with a double-row ball bearing system, and the raceway is deeply heat-treated and hardened.

UX High-rebound PU aluminum core wheel:

Made of a high-elasticity polyurethane-coated lightweight aluminum alloy wheel core (UX material), with characteristics of extremely low starting resistance and good silent shock absorption. It can not only bear ton-level pressure but also ensure that no marks are left on the epoxy flooring of clean workshops, providing a smooth and silent movement experience.

Refined anti-corrosion surface treatment:

The whole tower is made by environmentally friendly electro-galvanizing technology that can be used to meet stringent industrial anti-corrosion standards.

K221 Aluminum Core Caster Selection Guide:

3-inch (76mm) - Load capacity 200kg: very low center of gravity with installation height only 95mm, suitable for heavy storage cages, storage racks, and other applications with center of gravity at a high level.

4-inch (100mm) - Load Capacity 250kg: an established industrial choice consummate in providing a perfect balance between flexibility and maneuverability, which makes the mobile workbenches and automated guided vehicles viable.

5-inch (125mm) - Load Capacity 300kg: provides excellent obstacle-crossing abilities and less effort in moving, perfect for handling equipment in a laboratory of equipment under strict conditions that often need to cross elevator gaps or uneven surfaces.
