Product Description:

K222 series nylon brake caster is created to serve high-performance industrial applications, and it is equipped with a one-piece integrated bracket that offers unparalleled structural integrity and strength.

The rotation system is a dual steel ball raceway with 65Mn hardened steel inlays, which makes the product highly resistant to wear and extends its service life. This sophisticated construction permits a high loading capacity and, at the same time, the wheel turns smoothly and effortlessly even under extremely heavy conditions.

Advantages:

65Mn Quenched and Hardened Raceway Technology:

The rotation system of the K222 Dual brake wheel is lined with 65Mn quenched and hardened steel. This particular material processing endows the product with high wear and impact resistance. Thus, the rotating track is prevented from denting or wearing out excessively even under heavy load or frequent direction changes at high speed.

Integrated Structural Strength:

The bracket has an integrated design (4mm top plate + 3mm bracket legs), which results in very high structural integrity. Such a high-strength mode of a physical combination results in not only a 300kg pressure load capacity but also the ability to effectively resist the huge shear force generated during equipment start and brake, thus, ensuring the safety of the operation.

RIR Automatic Steering and Function Expansion:

RIR (Automatic Steering Lock) system is optional. This feature is of paramount importance for a long-distance towing or AGV carts scenario, as it allows the equipment to automatically maintain the straight-line movement in the direction of motion, preventing serpentine deviation. SWB (Dual Brake) choice is also there; locking of movement and steering can be done at the same time.

Precision Sealed Double Ball Bearing Wheel Core:

Precision sealed ball bearings are used in the wheel core, which, as a standardized feature, effectively prevents external dust and oil from entering the bearing. Besides, combining it with high-performance aluminum core wheels (PU or rubber material) results in very low starting resistance and an extremely quiet go-around.

102mm (4-inch) - Load Capacity 200kg: Equipment with a low center of gravity, very stable, a perfect solution for low-profile mobile workbenches or bases of precision instruments.

127mm (5-inch) - Load Capacity 250kg: Typical universal specification, extensively employed in automated production lines and intelligent warehousing and handling vehicles.

152mm (6-inch) - Load Capacity 300kg: Has the highest obstacle-crossing capability and the least rolling friction of all, a good match for logistics pallets of heavy load or cross-regional mobile robots.


Wheel Material Options:

PA (PU/Aluminum Core): 55D high-hardness polyurethane, remarkably high load-bearing capacity, ground-friendly, and resistant to chemical corrosion.

RA (Rubber/Aluminum Core): Good grip, amazing shock absorption performance, and an ideal fit for working conditions where there are significant road surface fluctuations.

Warranty:

Within one year from the delivery date, all KoCo products are free repairable if the defect is due to raw material or workmanship. The warranty does not cover damages from the usage of products beyond the specifications, modification, or incorrect installation. Products confirmed by the quality department to be defective will be replaced on a free-of-charge basis (the customer will bear the cost of shipping and installation). The warranty here offered only applies to the product itself and thus excludes any other express or implied commitments. This warranty is limited to free replacement only, and KoCo shall not be liable for any other damages of whatever kind, in particular, but not limited to, incidental or special damages.
