Product Description:
The K231 series industrial caster is intended to carry very heavy loads, like those of automated production lines, AGV (Automated Guided Vehicles), and intelligent robots.
The one-piece molded bracket increases the rigidity and strength of the casters. Polyurethane caster features a dual steel ball raceway structure, with the raceway lining made of 65Mn hardened steel. This arrangement allows for very sensitive swiveling behavior while doing even more than lasting extremely well under heavy loads. The bracket surface is zinc-plated by a corrosion-resistant process to help it withstand various industrial environments.

65Mn Quenched and Hardened Raceway:
Typically, the 65Mn track line on the K231 high capacity caster uses high-carbon manganese steel and after being deeply heated and quenched, it is very wear-resistant and has very high fatigue strength. This totally solves the problem of raceways getting worn and grooved during heavy-duty AGV's high-frequency, in-situ turning.
Integrated Mold Forged Bracket:
By using a 5.5mm ultra-thick mounting top plate and 5mm strengthened bracket legs, the integrated cold forging process achieves an extremely high level of structural rigidity. Even with instantaneous pressure and impact loads of 800kg, the bracket does not deform.
AGV-Grade Low Starting Resistance:
K231 is specially designed for automated traction equipment, and it hasa very low eccentricity and starting coefficient. Therefore, the AGV will be able to greatly reduce the motor load at starting or changing direction, thus saving battery energy and prolonging the lifespan of the automated handling system.
Precision Sealed Double Ball Bearings:
As standard, steel ball sealed bearings come mounted in the wheel core, and this effectively prevents the ingress of metal dust and oil stains from the industrial environment, to deliver a very quiet and maintenance-free walking experience. When combined with a 24mm giant central main pin, it has excellent shear resistance.
Industrial-Grade Anti-Corrosion Surface Treatment:
The whole line of brackets has been subjected to a stellar electro-galvanizing treatment, and the performances of the salt spray test are far above the industry standards.

K231 Quick Selection Guide:
152mm (6-inch) - Load capacity 600kg/700kg: The most suitable spec for compact AGVs and intelligent warehouse equipment, capable of getting the best combination between low center of gravity and load capacity.
203mm (8-inch) - Load capacity 700kg/800kg: Provides the highest level of obstacle-crossing performance and the lowest rolling friction, being intended for heavy-duty tow tractors or large industrial assembly lines.
UD Aluminum Core Polyurethane Wheel: 55D high-hardness, high-elasticity PU material, making the ground, and at the same time providing excellent load-bearing capacity.

Warranty:
KoCo gives a one-year quality guarantee to all customers starting from the date of product delivery. Within this period, if the product has a manufacturing defect, which has been determined to be due to the raw materials or production process, we will carry out a free repair without any charge. However, this warranty does not apply to abnormal wear and tear caused by overloading, unauthorized modifications, wrong installation, or external environmental factors. If the product is found to be defective in manufacture, KoCo will send new replacement product of the same model, and the customer will bear the logistics and installation cost. This stipulation is limited to the quality of the product itself and does not provide any compensation for indirect losses. KoCo will not under any circumstance take over any additional compensation obligations for accidental damage or special consequential liabilities.
