The K31 series industrial caster wheel is a highly efficient cost-performance ratio product, a hybrid between a light and medium-heavy duty.



Advantages:
4.0mm High-Quality Materials:
Most of the cast iron core casters on the market that claim to be "medium-duty" actually only use 3.0mm or 3.5mm steel plates. K31, on the other hand, has always been adamant about using a 4.0mm thick base plate. Never underestimate such a small difference of 0.5mm, as it is the only thing that lets a base plate and bracket still get hold when you are running at a full 250kg load and are hit by a bump. Equally, it allows the equipment to stay behind the frame and not tilt.
12.8mm Center Rivet:
Many polyurethane on iron wheels, after some time of use start to "come loose" or wobble because the center rivet that holds the swivel head is too thin. The K31 uses 12.8mm solid steel rivets and combines them with hydraulic forming technology to make the swivel head secure and firm. Even if the direction is changed at a very high frequency or there is some kind of impact, it will not come off.
50% Longer Lifespan:
Our double-row ball bearing track is not merely a pressed component, but it is also a heat-treated and quenched one. Due to this, the steel surface reaches very high hardness, and hence the ball bearings are prevented from wearing it down very effectively. According to the test results, the heat-treated K31 is capable of maintaining the same turning smoothness for over a year longer than a regular product.

Selection guide:
Step 1: Select Size (A larger diameter wheel will make it easier to get over obstacles)
3-inch (76mm): Load capacity 180kg. Suitable for equipment with a low center of gravity, very stable.
4-inch (100mm): Load capacity 200kg. The most commonly used specification provides the best compromise between flexibility and load capacity.
5-inch (125mm): Load capacity 250kg. Very low rolling resistance, suitable for long-distance transportation.
6 inches (150mm): Load capacity 250kg. Will allow you to get over speed bumps or floor gaps the easiest.
Step 2: Choose Material (Depending on your floor type)
UC (Polyurethane-coated cast iron wheel): [Hardcore Choice] Polyurethane-coated cast iron core wheel. A great load capacity which won't hurt tile or wood floor.
RC (Rubber-coated cast iron wheel): [Shock Absorption Expert] If your equipment is sensitive to vibration, this material will provide you with a smooth movement and less noise.
PU (All-polyurethane wheel): [Lightweight and Durable] The wheel body is of low weight, chemically resistant, which makes it ideal for laboratories or food processing plants.
Step 3: Choose Configuration
TLB Side Brake: In the case that your equipment is frequently parked on slopes or if you require a fixed operation, the side brake version can lock the wheels.

The K31 offers two standard industrial base plate specifications:
Standard Type (Plate 01): Outer diameter 94.5x85mm, accommodating hole spacing ranging from 58.5x74.5mm to 65.5x68.5mm.
Heavy-duty Type (Plate 02): Outer diameter 114x100mm, accommodating hole spacing ranging from 76x76mm to 92x66.5mm.
Long slotted hole design: The K31 can be easily adjusted to your equipment, even if your equipment's mounting holes are a little off, without the need to redrill.
