K311 series casters are geared for AGV (automated guided vehicles) and unmanned handling carts, featuring an extremely low center of gravity and high load capacity. They also incorporate a precision-machined swivel raceway for accurate steering. With dual wheels, the Agv caster wheel not only helps to maintain the swivel flexibility under heavy loads, but also ensures quiet, smooth bracket steering with good wear resistance, and can be used for continuous duty operation.

The combination of a thrust needle roller bearing and a deep-groove ball bearing is used in the swivel raceway, which is an effective bearing structure that has the advantage of high accuracy, rotating smoothly with low noise. The legs are formed by a deep drawing process that gives them a beautiful shape, and they are also deformation-resistant.
