K321 series Agv caster has been developed to meet the very high demands of AGV (automated guided vehicles) and unmanned handling carts. Thanks to the incorporation of low center of gravity and high load capacity, the casters introduce a precision-machined swivel raceway for precise steering. The double wheels not only help to increase the flexibility of the swivel under load but also contribute to quiet bracket steering with excellent wear resistance, thus enabling continuous-duty operation.

The swivel raceway incorporates a combined bearing structure made of a thrust ball bearing and a deep-groove ball bearing, which is capable of delivering high precision, smooth freedom of movement, and silence in operation. In order to create an attractive outside look and also to provide resistance to deformation, the legs are formed by one-piece deep drawing. The bracket metal surface is zinc plated and sealed; salt spray resistance can meet 76 hours. The maximum load capacity of the bracket reaches up to 600 kg, it represents a perfect match for low-center-of-gravity, high-load equipment, and has powered low-speed applications as a support.

The combination of thrust ball bearings and deep-groove ball bearings ensures that steering sensitivity remains extremely high even under a full load of 600kg, which in turn leads to AGV path deviation reduction and a decrease in system alarms and manual intervention caused by navigation errors.

Additionally, with an environmentally friendly electroplating treatment that meets the 76-hour salt spray test standard, even in humid or high-dust industrial environments, it maintains very high structural rigidity and corrosion resistance.
