Product Description:

K341 series Agv caster is a perfect match for tow carts that need flexible and precise steering. The casters are strong enough for medium-to-heavy loads with a high-precision swivel raceway that is not only quiet but also super flexible and wear-resistant, making them suitable for continuous duty operation.

The combined bearing structure of a thrust ball bearing and a tapered roller bearing is used for a swivel raceway, thus giving characteristics of high precision, smooth rotation, and noise-free performance. Welding is used on the legs for forming; by varying the thickness of the leg material, one can give more overall strength to the bracket. The zinc plating and sealing of the steel surface of the bracket ensure that salt spray resistance reaches 76 hours. Thus, the maximum load capacity of the bracket can be 1000 kg, which means that the Robot caster can be used in equipment with high steering flexibility requirements and also for powered towing applications.

1. The planar thrust ball bearings and tapered roller bearings combination is used by the steering system. Such a "dual-tower" architecture perfectly decomposes the vertical load and horizontal thrust under heavy loads, thus ensuring that one hand can still be used for operating the equipment or the steering can be done with low torque even at the extreme load of 1000kg, thus greatly saving the motor wear and tear of the towing equipment.

2. The LP (Low Heat Generation) polyurethane wheel surface feature is optional for 24/7 high-speed towing. The special molecular structure of the LP polyurethane results in very low internal friction heat even during long-term operations, thus completely eliminating delamination and cracking issues of heavy-duty casters under high-temperature/high-frequency conditions, and thereby significantly extending the consumables replacement cycle.

3. The thickened steel is used to weld the bracket legs, and based on the load requirements, the material thickness is dynamically adjusted, thus achieving an optimal balance of strength and weight. Nevertheless, instantly, when the equipment traverses an elevator gap or a joint in the road, the design effectively absorbs the impact, thus protecting valuable equipment from vibration damage.

4. The whole machine is subjected to a high-standard, environmentally friendly electro-galvanising sealing treatment and can withstand salt spray tests for up to 76 hours. Therefore, even in harsh industrial conditions such as being damp, oily, and salt-laden, the structural components will not rust ‍‌‍‍‌.

Material-Layer Considerations:

LP (low heat generation polyurethane): [Heavy-Duty Traction Preferred] Protecting the floor, giving a quiet operation and shock absorption, correct for 24/7 automated warehouses.

NX (reinforced nylon): Delivers extremely low rolling resistance, acid, alkali and oil resistant, the ideal choice for a concrete floor or a chemical workshop.

Diameter of the Wheel Plan:

100mm / 125mm: Low installation height, the center of gravity is stable. Precision instrument bases or high-center material carts can be the application of this setup.

150mm / 200mm: This is the best load capacity (1000kg) and the best passing ability.
