Product Description:
K361 series Dual wheel casters are exactly the kind of AGV (automated guided vehicle) equipment that is expected to carry high loads, have a low center of gravity, and be ergonomically designed for comfortable handling by the operator. In fact, using a precision-machined swivel raceway leads to better accuracy of movement due to precise turning. The double-wheel system can handle very heavy loads with minimum noise from bracket turning, and wear resistance is extremely good, enabling these wheels to be used for continuous-duty operation.
The swivel raceway uses a combined bearing structure of a thrust ball bearing and a tapered roller bearing, which results in high precision, easy rotation, and noiseless operation. Welding is done to the legs for the formation of jogs, and a wide, thick raceway, and jogs of the bracket enable the bracket to be compliant with the designed service strength. With the dual-wheel bracket layout, the swivel resistance is thus reduced while the bracket also meets the load requirement for it; so here, the flexible steering under high loads is achieved. The metal surface of the bracket is zinc-plated and sealed; salt spray resistance can meet 76 hours. The load capacity of the bracket is up to 2000 kg, which means that it is suitable both for equipment with high requirements for steering flexibility as well as for those that need powered towing.

1. In parallel with the two-wheel design, the load capacity is not only doubled, but also the contact area with the ground is considerably increased. Even at a full load of 2 tons, it will deliver great anti-tipping performance, hence having completely solved the problem of the shaking of high-center-of-gravity AGVs during rapid changes in direction or at uneven ground.
2. An integrated steering system that combines a thrust ball bearing and a tapered roller bearing. Thus, it directly lessens the initial load on the traction motor and the AGV power system, consequently extending battery life and lowering the cost of energy.
3. The bracket legs are made of thick steel plates, which are welded and structurally reinforced by means of targeted therapies. Hence, the bracket structure with the dual-wheel bracket layout remains undeformed even after 24 hours of continuous operation, which in production means "zero downtime".

Material Options:
DPX (Dual-load Polyurethane/Cast Iron Core): [Preferred for Heavy Loads] The broad 40mm/50mm×2 wheel surface readily shields the floor and makes for a quiet operation. The maximum load capacity of 2 tons per set renders it the standard in the automotive assembly and the precision heavy industry workshops.
DNX (Dual High-Strength Nylon): Has extremely low starting resistance and excellent chemical resistance. The maximum load capacity is 2 tons per set. These wheels are particularly suitable for use on concrete floors or where minimum starting effort is required.
Wheel Diameter Strategy:
125mm / 150mm: Intended for low installation height (170-205mm), thus ensuring the stability of the center of gravity even with heavy loads.
200mm / 250mm / 300mm: The outstanding ability to overcome obstacles is ensured. The big diameter twin wheels effortlessly get over floor joints and cables, thus movement is smooth, and the vibration of the equipment is reduced.
