Product Description:

The K371 series double wheel caster is a match mainly for AGV (automated guided vehicles) and unmanned handling carts. With a low center of gravity and powerful load capacity, the casters utilize a precision-machined swivel circle for accurate turning. The dual-wheel layout enhances swivel flexibility under substantial loads, helps keep the bracket steering quiet, and brings an excellent wear resistance feature that makes the product very fit for continuous working operations.

The swivel raceway uses a combined bearing structure of a thrust ball bearing and a tapered roller bearing, which offers a high level of accuracy, smooth rotation, and noiseless operation. Welding is used on the legs, and the broad and thick raceway and legs allow the bracket to satisfy the necessary service strength. The dual-wheel bracket is capable of lowering swivel resistance while matching the load requirement, thus giving a flexible steering at high loads. The metal surface of the bracket is zinc-plated and sealed; salt spray resistance is capable of reaching 76 hours. The maximum load capacity of the bracket can even reach 4000 kg, which is perfect for chassis with high steering flexibility requirements, and thus, powered towing applications can also be supported.

Composite Bearing, Protecting the Motor:

With the "flat thrust ball + tapered roller" dual structure, it lessens steering resistance under a 4-ton load to the lowest level. In this way, the motor of the AGV is effectively protected from overheating, and at the same time, the battery life and system energy efficiency are improved.

Differential Structure, Protecting the Floor:

The 50mm×2 dual-wheel design generates a "differential effect" that prevents the epoxy floors from being damaged due to the shear action caused by turning in place. This solution is suitable for floor asset protection in high-value intelligent factories.

Millimeter-Level Navigation Accuracy:

The accuracy of the AGV's position can be maintained at a millimeter level during dynamic driving and direction changes by using the precision-machined raceways that eliminate the structural wobble, thereby helping to reduce the path errors of laser/visual navigation systems.

Power Traction Endurance:

The reinforced welding process here is combined with a 76-hour salt spray test standard, which proves the equipment's resistance to metal dust and high-frequency impacts. Even under power traction conditions involving high intensities, the equipment still reflects a low total cost of ownership (TCO) owing to its maintained structural integrity.

DPX (Dual-Load Polyurethane/Cast Iron Core): [Premium Recommendation] Maximum load capacity of 3 tons per set. Yielding excellent shock absorption and quietness during operation, thus ensuring operational safety at the 4-ton-class level and also offering the highest level of floor protection.

DNX (Dual-Reinforced Nylon): [Ultimate Efficiency] Maximum load capacity of 4,000kg (4 tons) per set. Wheel Diameter Strategy:
