Product Description:
The K381 series Agv high load caster is made specifically for AGVs (automated guided vehicles), and unmanned handling carts. With a low center of gravity, high load capacity, and a precision-machined swivel raceway that allows accurate steering, these casters have it all. The double wheels used here not only make turning easier even when the unit is heavy, but at the same time, they make the bracket quieter around turning, provide a wear-resistant surface, and can work continuously without any problem.


Advantages of Heavy Duty Dual Wheel:
1. It has a "pressure ball bearing + tapered roller bearing" dual-balance structure that still allows very light steering even when the pressure is as high as 10 tons. It thus substantially reduces the load on the trailer/AGV motor and thereby increases the battery life.
2. The unprecedentedly wide parallel twin wheel setup (wheel width can be up to 127mm × 2) greatly reduces the ground pressure; on top of that, it takes advantage of the differential effect of the twin wheels so that no epoxy flooring turns to dust with shear damage during on-the-spot turning, and thusan expensive floor asset is saved.
3. The raceway is machined to very high precision and, combined with a strengthened bracket, the unit shakes free under heavy load. It is thus possible for the AGV to move and position itself dynamically and with an accuracy of only a few millimeters. Laser/visual navigation stability is then greatly improved.
4. Our entirely in-house-made molds enable us to provide one-on-one load testing and technical consulting that is tailored to the specifics of your environment.
K381 Agv High Load Caster Selection Guide:
Select material based on load capacity:
DNX (Reinforced Nylon): Load capacity up to 10,000kg. Industry's lowest starting resistance, ideal for long-distance heavy-duty towing.
DPX (Polyurethane with Cast Iron Core): Load capacity up to 10,000kg. The quiet and absorbent material maximizes the protection of the floor surface.
Select wheel diameter based on road conditions:
200mm-250mm: It is very good for keeping the equipment stable at a low center of gravity, and thus the equipment with a high center of gravity will not tip over.
300mm-355mm: It has excellent physical obstacle running capability, such that it can easily go over the elevator gaps, tracks, and road potholes.

K381 Base Plate Specifications:
Base plate dimensions: 280 × 240mm (An extra-large base plate ensures the structural stability of the installation, and prevents it from collapsing even under extreme loads)
Bolt hole pattern: 230 × 200mm (Heavy machinery international standard universal)
Compatible bolts: Ø22mm (Must use 10.9 grade or higher ultra-high strength bolts for locking)
Process: It is a reinforced steel plate welded structure. The zinc coating has been treated and sealed to be resistant to 76 hours of salt spray.

If our quality inspection department ultimately determines that the product has a manufacturing defect, KoCo will provide a free replacement of the same model. Please note that the customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs and on-site installation fees during the replacement process.
