Product Description:
The K411 line is made with a combination of the forged caster base and the top plate to increase the strength and to make it even more beautiful. Forged agv wheel takes advantage of thrust bearing and tapered roller bearing with the center swivel structure which effectively raises the lateral and longitudinal load capacities. The strong welded yoke is capable of preventing bias balancing issues when the tread does not fit the ground perfectly, and the product is even better because of the bolted axle's robust construction.

Forged Base:
The top plate and the swivel base are made of high-strength forged material, not ordinary stamped metal. The plate is 6mm stronger and is the one that supports the bracket. Still, the bracket also reinforces the structure, so bracing between parts will not collapse even after dynamic operation or sudden turns.
Composite Bearing System:
The moving part cleverly integrates thrust bearings and tapered roller bearings so that the turning friction is minimized. This makes sure that the AGV is very smooth when fully loaded, whether turning in place or constantly changing directions, thus helping the drive motor last longer and battery life be extended.
Parallel Double-Wheel Design:
The DPA polyurethane/aluminum core double wheel design in parallel doubles the ground contact area, which leads to the extremely high stability of the product while at the same time eliminating the danger of single-wheel products swaying when it is placed on uneven surfaces.
Precision Sealed Bearings:
The core inside the wheel nowadays uses precision sealed ball bearings as standard, meaning that dust and oil contamination are no longer a problem, and the noise level is extremely low. Besides that, when combined with top-notch electro-galvanizing technology, the product undergoes very thorough environmental tests, it does not rust or leave debris, and it is especially suitable for semiconductor and 3C electronics cleanroom environments.

K411 Forged Caster Selection Guide:
To keep the center of gravity as close as possible (the wheel diameter being 55mm), the installation height is just 90mm, which is the perfect size for low-profile AGV robots and small automated carts.
If you want to get a better obstacle clearance (the wheel diameter is 70mm): The installation height is 105mm, which means it has stronger physical obstacle crossing capabilities and higher movement efficiency.
Wheel surface material: The standard wheel surface is a high-elastic polyurethane-coated aluminum core, which offers both high load capacity and floor protection, is silent, and does not leave marks.

During the warranty period, a product found defective in its material or manufacturing will be repaired free of charge. This warranty policy exempting physical damages caused by overloading, usage out of design specifications, unauthorized modifications, or incorrect installation should be considered as very important.
In case the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect after the quality inspection by us, KoCo will carry out a free replacement with a product of the same model. Customer should, however, be aware that the charges for the round-trip shipping and on-site installation during the replacement procedure will be borne by the customer.
