Product Description:

The K412 series features a forged caster base and top plate for more reliable strength and a beautiful appearance. It incorporates a thrust bearing and taper bearing in a centre swivel structure, thereby significantly increasing the lateral and longitudinal load capacities. The robust welded yoke prevents the occurrence of an unbalanced load when the tread does not fully contact the ground, and the product is further enhanced by the bolted axle construction.

Top-tier Die-Forging Process:

Unlike most stamped products on the market, the base and top plate of the K412 are produced using industrial-grade die-forging. Together with the 8mm thickened bracket, it has very high impact resistance and fatigue strength, thus avoiding deformation under high-frequency vibration or dynamic loads.

Dual Bearing Structure:

The main component of the rotation mechanism features both a thrust bearing and a tapered roller bearing. This first-class component structure significantly counters lateral and longitudinal stresses, thus reducing steering resistance and effectively lowering the load of the AGV drive motor, hence increasing the battery life.

8mm Reinforced Welding:

The legs of the bracket are as thick as 8mm and, combined with precision welding technology, the final product is capable of providing excellent lateral rigidity even under the maximum load of 630kg. The dual-wheel design brings the ground pressure to a minimum level by distributing it efficiently.

Precision Sealing Structure:

The wheel core comes standard with precision sealed ball bearings, which effectively prevent the ingress of metal dust and oil. The whole unit is electro-galvanised with an environmentally friendly process, which gives it a strong anti-oxidation property.

Our liability is restricted to the free replacement of the defective parts only and excludes any costs for logistics, labor, or installation of such parts.
