Product Description:

The K422 series aluminum core wheel is equipped with dual steel ball raceway swivel elements. To give the casters excellent wear resistance and a long lifespan, the raceway, which can be seen in these pictures,s is made of 65Mn steel; to make the casters easy, smooth, and flexible to swivel, the steel balls are also used. This range, with its low center of gravity and high load capacity, is perfect if you want to get stable performances from heavy load operations.

The rotating system is lined with 65Mn high-hardness manganese steel, which completely guarantees long-lasting wear and a high level of fatigue resistance to the surface.

Warranty:

When you buy KoCo casters, you gets 1-year warranty on the material and workmanship. In the event that goods are returned within one year after delivery due to defects resulting from manufacturing negligence or inherent faults of materials, we shall provide a free replacement service upon the inspection result. Except for product damages due to unauthorized modification, operation beyond the specified load limits, or insufficient environmental compatibility test, such a warranty shall not apply. Replacement of products shall be final after-sales service by KoCo, wherein the customer shall not look for a refund of the shipping cost and/or the engineering installation cost involved. At the same time, KoCo also clearly states that we do not take responsibility for indirect or punitive damages that may result from the specific industrial application scenarios.
