Product Description:
The K431 dual swivel caster comes with a dual swivel structure that makes it easy to rotate the wheels and achieves a much smaller rotational radius during 180-degree rotations. The swivel section incorporates two large flat bearings to facilitate even more flexible operation. A heat-treated center bolt stabilizes the structure, while the yoke is both sides welded and finished with a plastic sprayed coating to provide waterproof, oil-resistant, and corrosion-resistant protection.

The swivel section is equipped with two sets of extra-large flat thrust bearings, and the dual swivel linkage significantly reduces the eccentric force arm during turning. This reduction in starting resistance and turning inertia saves the drive motor from being overworked and increases the comfort of manual pushing.
Tank-grade 10-12mm Forged Top Plate:
The top plate thickness is as great as 10mm-12mm, the center kingpin is heat-treated and hardened, and the bracket legs engage in the double-sided full-weld process. Thus, the top plate deformation under heavy loads, which is a big concern in the industry, is totally eliminated.
High-Performance Powder Coating:
Rather than the usual electroplating processes, the K431 surface is treated with a special high-performance powder coating. The coating is excellent at waterproofing, oil-resistant, and has chemical corrosion resistance.
DPA Dual Wheel Balanced Load Technology:
The load-bearing capacity is not only significantly increased when using high-quality polyurethane-coated aluminum core dual wheels, but also the pressure is effectively distributed to protect high-value epoxy flooring.

Warranty:
When you buy KoCo casters, you gets 1-year warranty on the material and workmanship. In the event that goods are returned within one year after delivery due to defects resulting from manufacturing negligence or inherent faults of materials, we shall provide a free replacement service upon the inspection result. Except for product damages due to unauthorized modification, operation beyond the specified load limits, or insufficient environmental compatibility test, such a warranty shall not apply. Replacement of products shall be final after-sales service by KoCo, wherein the customer shall not look for a refund of the shipping cost and/or the engineering installation cost involved. At the same time, KoCo also clearly states that we do not take responsibility for indirect or punitive damages that may result from the specific industrial application scenarios.
