Product Description:
The K432 series aluminium core dual wheel caster has a top plate and raceway that are precision-machined and hardened to provide smooth movement and wear resistance over a long time. The swivel section uses a plane bearing and a thrust bearing to perform more manipulations smoothly.
The yoke is welded on both sides, and the surface is plastic-sprayed to give waterproof, oil-resistant, and corrosion-resistant features. The wheel is made of several materials, thus it is adaptable to different road surfaces.

Dual Bearing Composite Structure:
The rotating mechanism comprises planar bearings and thrust bearings that separately carry the vertical load and horizontal friction quite efficiently under heavy pressure.
Tank-grade 10.5mm Reinforced Top Plate:
The top plate thickness goes up to 10.5mm, coupled with an 8mm-thick bracket and a 20mm giant central pin.
Even under high-frequency vibrations or dynamic handling, it will not deform.
High-Standard Powder Coating:
The whole body is coated with a high-performance waterproof, oil-proof, and chemical corrosion-resistant powder coating.
Its anti-corrosion performance is much better than ordinary electroplating.
