Product Description:
The K441 series high speed caster utilizes a raceway that joins thrust ball bearings with tapered bearings to bring out the best of the bearing's capacities. Tapered roller bearings on the top raceway are designed for axial load and high-speed operation, while a thrust ball bearing on the bottom raceway is used for combined heavy radial and thrust load application. The swivel radius has been increased to half, thus reducing the effort to start and rotate the caster by roughly 50%. A 3/8" thick top plate and legs made from 5/16" steel are the construction of the caster, and to address the problem of the kingpin coming loose under the lateral force, it is the ultimate solution to traditional casters. The superior durability of the yellow zinc-plated finish is evident, and the rated speed of the caster is up to 20km/h.

The unit is structurally sound and physically stable, and it also does not accumulate heat at a high speed of 20 km/h, unlike normal casters. With long-term service without exfoliation or rupture being guaranteed, this is the best option for periods of continuous use.
Composite Bearing Structure:
Combines thrust ball bearings and tapered roller bearings. This combination is so effective that it completely rules out the possibility of the steering mechanism being locked at one point or of the kingpin breaking, which are a couple of the problems that traditional single bearing casters have when operating under heavy load traction.
Long Eccentric Distance Technology:
K441 significantly reduces the mount turning resultant radial load felt by the tradiontailaergr by scientifically extending the swivel eccentric distance. (approximately 1/2 of traditional casters)
Tank-Grade 9mm Reinforced Top Plate and 18mm Kingpin:
The top plate is up to 9mm thick, the bracket legs are 8mm thick, and the central kingpin diameter is 18mm. Even under the most power traction of high intensity and continuing vibration, it remains solid with no trace of cracking apart or being damaged in any form.
