Product Description:
K451 series leveling caster is equipped with a forged caster base and top plate for more dependable strength and an elegant look. Agv leveling wheel is based on the center swivel structure with a thrust bearing and a taper bearing, which consequently greatly increases the load capacity in both lateral and longitudinal directions. A solid welded yoke makes it difficult for the load to become uneven if the tread does not perfectly match the ground surface, and the strong bolted axle construction increases overall durability and performance once again.

Forged Base:
Ordinary stamped steel plates are far from K451, which employs industrial-grade die forging technology, resulting in a dense structure that is free from stress weaknesses.
Dual Bearing Swivel System:
The central turning part combines a thrust bearing and a tapered roller bearing. This lessens the traction motor's load and increases the AGV battery life.
Dual Wheel Balanced Load:
The UX series high-rebound polyurethane/aluminum core parallel dual-wheel design is adopted, which greatly increases the contact area and lowers the unit pressure on the floor.
27mm Reinforced Welding and 14mm Giant Kingpin:
The thickness of the bracket leg reaches 27mm, and the diameter of the central kingpin is 14mm, thus ensuring the structure's stability when power traction is continuous or sudden turns are made, which consequently leads to lower maintenance costs in the future.

K451 Selection Guide:
For extremely low center of gravity (76mm wheel diameter): Load capacity 250kg. Installation height 123mm. Ideal for small handling robots or very space-limited precision experimental platforms.
Balancing load capacity and flexibility (100mm / 127mm): Load capacity can be up to 310kg-440kg. A general specification for medium-heavy-duty mobile platforms and smart logistics pallets.
For heavy-duty applications (152mm wheel diameter): Load capacity can be as much as 630kg. Installation height: 200mm. Experience great obstacle-crossing capabilities, which is a typical part of heavy-duty AGV robots and aerospace maintenance platforms
