Product Description:
The K52 series nylon castor wheel is outfitted with machined top plates and raceways, which contribute to an easy glide and long-lasting resistance to wear. The joint is made smoother by the use of plane and thrust bearings in the turning part.



Advantages:
1. The K52 heavy duty nylon wheel is a model with the finest features in the series. The 8-inch specification can carry 2500kg per wheel, which is suitable for very heavy equipment that needs to be moved.

Heavy duty nylon caster wheel does away with the conventional kingpin completely and substitutes the kingpin with a combination of plane and thrust bearings that have totally fixed the problem of kingpin breaking and deformation under heavy loads and at the same time the caster can be used for a lifetime maintenance-free.
3. The high-strength steel (not regular stamping) top plate and raceway are highly accurate in their machining with dimensions of 7.5mm-12mm thickness, which is more than sufficient to prevent deformations of the structure under high pressure.
4. The combination of plane and thrust bearings results in less starting friction even at full load, thus making it possible for a person to push several tons of load quite effortlessly.
5. The surface of powder coating is applied at an industrial level, thus the product offers top-notch resistance to water, oil, and corrosion, and it goes well with various harsh factory operation environments.

K52 Nylon swivel caster wheel Professional Selection Recommendations:
Step 1: Determine the Load Class
400kg - 800kg: Guide to choose 3-inch (80mm) or 4-inch (100mm) casters. Though smaller in diameter, the robust K52 structure can easily handle regular heavy loads and at the same time ensure greater stability.
1000kg - 2500kg: There is a need to choose 5-inch (125mm) or even bigger ones. In particular, an 8-inch (200mm) wheel with the NX material is capable of carrying a full 2.5-ton load.
Step 2: Select wheel material based on ground surface and resistance
NX: The king of load capacity. It is super hard and almost has the lowest starting resistance. In the case of your machines being really heavy (1.5 tons - 2.5 tons) and also the floor is smooth, NX should be the first choice.
PI: Quiet and absorbs shock. The polyurethane surface is gentler to the ground and is suitable for a maximum load of 1.2 tons, and for places that require noise to be kept to a minimum.
Step 3: Verify installation dimensions
No. 01 small base plate (85×100mm): Only available for 3" and 4" sizes, hole spacing 60×80mm.
No. 02 large base plate (140×175mm): It is the standard plate for the 5", 6", and 8" models. The hole spacing can be changed from 99×132mm to 111×148mm, thus offering a wide range of adaptability.
Step 4: Special working condition reminder
Powered traction/AGV: The pinless structure of the K52 is essentially perfect for mechanical traction. To enjoy better passability and resistance against impacts resulting from high-speed operation, we suggest the 8" version.
