Product Description:

The K53 series heavy duty casters 4000kg uses a top plate and raceway that are both thoroughly machined to achieve smooth movement and a long wear cycle. The turning part is also a plane bearing and a thrust bearing for smoother operation.

Advantages:

Load-bearing structure: The top plate thickness ranges from 16mm to 20mm, and combined with a 30mm/40mm giant central pivot pin, there is guaranteed no structural deformation under 4 tons of extreme pressure.

Smooth steering technology: Instead of standard ball bearings, an industrial-grade plane pressure bearing structure is used to bring down the friction coefficient, thereby enabling a single person to easily push a fully loaded trolley without help.

Wear-resistant wheel core: The range of materials includes high-strength PU cast iron core, reinforced nylon, and forged steel, specially designed to be used on heavy industrial floors with minimal starting resistance and excellent capability to resist impacts.

Long-lasting anti-corrosion coating: A high-performance industrial powder coating has been applied over the entire surface, which is not only oil-resistant but also water-resistant and corrosion-resistant, thereby making it suitable for continuous working conditions of high intensity.

K53 Quick Selection Guide:

Step 1: Choose the specifications according to the load

6" - 8" (152-203mm): The perfectly fit choice for compact heavy loads, also great for handling molds and precision platforms that have a low center of gravity.

10" - 14" (254-356mm): A giant wheel diameter provides excellent obstacle-crossing ability and the highest rolling efficiency.

Step 2: Opt for the wheel material depending on the ground surface

PX Polyurethane (PU): [Our Heavy-duty recommendation]

Protects vulnerable epoxy floorings, plus shock absorption and quietness of operation.

NX Reinforced Nylon:

The product would be okay on even ground, focusing on providing the easiest start plus chemical resistance.

FS Forged Steel Wheels:

These wheels constitute an extremel tough design for the steel mills, mining, and other such heavy industries, and are basically indestructible.

Step 3: Lock Safety Features

Swivel: Flexible operation 360°.

UWB (Front Brake): Brings about immediate and stable stopping, multi-ton equipment, thus ensuring safety of operations.

Warranty:

When you buy KoCo casters, you gets 1-year warranty on the material and workmanship. In the event that goods are returned within one year after delivery due to defects resulting from manufacturing negligence or inherent faults of materials, we shall provide a free replacement service upon the inspection result. Except for product damages due to unauthorized modification, operation beyond the specified load limits, or insufficient environmental compatibility test, such a warranty shall not apply. Replacement of products shall be final after-sales service by KoCo, wherein the customer shall not look for a refund of the shipping cost and/or the engineering installation cost involved. At the same time, KoCo also clearly states that we do not take responsibility for indirect or punitive damages that may result from the specific industrial application scenarios.
