Product Description:
K71 series 50mm caster features the use of kingpinless style, and the raceway is precision-machined and heat-treated for enhanced performance. The product will be able to withstand continuous vibration and impact load since it has excellent impact resistance. Flexible rotation and smooth movement, power traction, and transport carts subjected to heavy loads and lateral impact are the scenarios this product is suitable for.



Core advantages of the K71 series 50mm castor wheel:
1. The center bolt area of traditional casters is the most vulnerable point for breaking. K71 50mm heavy duty castor wheel has a kingpinless structure, and thus the pressure is distributed to the precision-machined ball bearing raceways. It increases the durability several times and doesn't fear even violent impacts.
2. The steering raceway is precision machined and heat-treated, so even a load of a few hundred kilograms will not inhibit the smoothness of turning, making manual pushing an effortless experience.
3. 5.5mm thickened top plate + 6mm thick bracket, the real material can be seen clearly. This hardcore structure is specially designed for power traction.

K71 Series Selection Suggestions:
Step 1: Consider the load capacity:
Light to medium load (320-460kg): Opt for 4-inch (100mm) or 5-inch (125mm). Smaller wheels and a lower center of gravity are suitable for equipment with height limitations.
Heavy-duty load (550-680kg): Opt for a 6-inch (150mm) or an 8-inch (200mm). Besides a higher load capacity, larger diameter wheels also make overcoming obstacles and gaps easier.
Step 2: Consider the ground surface and pushing experience:
Prefer easiest turning? Choose UC (curved polyurethane). The wheel surface is curved, so the wheel contact area with the ground is reduced, and thus, turning in place is very easy.
Want a lighter pushing experience? Choose NX (high-strength nylon). High hardness and low resistance in the material allow you to push heavy things on a flat surface with one hand easily.
Want high-quality, silent operation? Choose UX (aluminum core polyurethane). Rapid heat dissipation is achieved through the aluminum alloy core, while the polyurethane surface absorbs shock and protects the floor, thus it is ideal for carrying precision instruments.
Step 3: Check the installation space:
The mounting plate is a universal 114×100mm.
Installation height reminder: 4-inch and 8-inch casters are, respectively, 143mm and 241mm high after installation. If you want to avoid ordering a caster that is too tall, you should measure the ground clearance of your equipment before ordering.
Step 4: Special features to consider:
If you are towing a cart, to prevent the cart from swaying from side to side at high speed, we highly recommend attaching PSL (directional lock), which can change the swivel caster into a fixed caster.
