The K72 series polyurethane wheel is equipped with a Kingpinless structure and a precision-machined, heat-treated raceway. It has good impact resistance and can take continuous vibration as well as impact loads. Heavy duty polyurethane caster swivels easily and rolls smoothly, great for power traction and transport carts that are loaded and subjected to lateral impact.



Advantages:
Kingpinless patented structure: Done away with the central bolt, which is the most vulnerable part in a heavy-duty caster. The load is directly supported by the heat-treated precision ball raceway.
2.7-ton top-tier load capacity: The maximum single-wheel load reaches 2700kg, designed to deliver extreme heavy-duty performance.
9mm ultra-thick industrial-grade steel: Both the base plate and the bracket have a uniform thickness of 9mm. They provide the parts with strength and the ability to withstand heavy impact or high lateral pressure without deformation.
Power traction design: The raceway is precision-machined and hardened, which will significantly extend the operating time of AGV or trailer motors.
Control components: It can be equipped with PSL directional locking (for more stable straight-line movement) and UWB high-performance brakes.

K72 Polyurethane Caster wheel Professional Selection Suggestions:
If you only consider the outer diameter, it's not enough. Choose the model based on the ground surface and actual load:
Step 1: Check the load limit:
1000kg - 1600kg: Go for DI (double-layer polyurethane/cast iron core) or PX (heavy-duty polyurethane/cast iron core). These types are flexible, thus shock-absorbing, floor-protecting, and quiet during operation.
2000kg - 2700kg: You cannot do without NX (high-strength nylon) or FS (all-forged steel wheel). On the factory floors with smooth surfaces, these two models, which provide a stable single-wheel load of 2.7 tons with minimal resistance, are excellent.
Step 2: Check the passing ability:
150mm (6") - 200mm (8"): The installation height is moderate (190-257mm), and the center of gravity is stable.
250mm (10") - 300mm (12"): The larger the diameter, the less effort it is to roll it. If the floor tiles have gaps or you have to cross cable trenches, definitely, go for the 10-inch or 12-inch specifications for the best passing ability.
Step3: Verify the mounting plate:
The size of the mounting plate is 115 × 160 mm.
The distance between the holes is 62 × 125 mm to 86 × 133 mm (multi-hole compatibility). So, please check the bolt hole positions of your old equipment before you make an order. The K72 polyurethane wheels with bearings is compatible with most industry-standard bases.
Step 4: Define the control requirements:
Long-distance pushing: Directional lock of PSL is necessary. When the directional lock is engaged, the swivel caster turns into a fixed wheel that does not allow swaying and thus makes pushing simple and precise.
Repositioning on the ramp/fixed position: In order to guarantee that a very heavy piece of equipment remains totally unmoved, a UWB front brake is required.
