Product Description:

The K73 series nylon wheel with bearing features a kingpinless design, with the raceways being precision-machined and heat-treated. The excellent impact resistance of the product is illustrated in its capacity to endure a continuous vibration and impact load. Advantages of Nylon Wheel Caster:

Kingpinless core technology: Gets rid of the vulnerable central bolt structure, which is easily broken, and spreads the pressure by an integrated precision-machined raceway. The impact resistance level is 2-3 times greater than that of traditional heavy-duty casters.

10mm ultra-thick all-steel top plate: The top plate thickness is 10mm, the bracket thickness is 9mm, and it has been combined with a 20mm large-diameter axle bolt.

Precision-machined raceways: The raceways undergo deep heat treatment and hardening, and their surfaces are precision-milled, thus reducing the friction coefficient to a minimum. Even under ton-level loads, a single person can easily steer, thus the mechanical traction resistance is kept at a minimum.

Fully sealed design: The structure is capable of effectively blocking dust and metal chips, and with the addition of high-performance grease, the maintenance-free period is greatly prolonged, and the overall operating costs are reduced.

Top-tier components: Supports PSL directional locking (instantaneous conversion from swivel to fixed, convenient for straight-line travel) and UWB heavy-duty brakes.

K73 Nylon Castors Selection Recommendations:

Choose the correct wheel material according to your floor condition and the actual load:

Step 1: Consider load and resistance:

1000kg - 2000kg: It is recommended to choose PI (cast iron core polyurethane). As the PU surface dampens the vibration of the core, it is a ground protection, noise reduction material, and a workshop that requires ground protection is quiet.

2400kg - 2700kg: It is mandatory to choose NX (high-strength reinforced nylon) or FS (all-forged steel wheel). NX wheel has the lowest rolling resistance, while FS wheel has the ultimate compression resistance. These are the most severe heavy load types.

Step 2: Consider the clearance requirements:

Low center of gravity demand: Choose 150mm (6"), installation height 200mm. Used in the cases when, for instance, to prevent tipping, a lower center of gravity is required.

Obstacle clearance/mechanical traction: Choose 250mm (10") or 300mm (12"). The bigger wheels can most easily overcome the gaps and cable trenches of the floor, and during a long-distance traction, the effort is less.

Step 3: Confirm the mounting hole spacing:

Base plate dimensions: 133 × 184 mm.

Hole spacing: Can be adjusted from 85 × 133 mm to 104 × 155 mm. Please measure the base of your existing machine before ordering. The K73 adopts a universal heavy-duty standard for a seamless upgrade.

Step 4: Functional additions:

Frequent long-distance straight-line travel: PSL (directional lock) must be included to avoid the heavy cart's swaying while in motion.

Ramp operation: UWB (front brake) should be added. Safety is always the top priority when the load is 2.7 ‍‌tons.
