Product Description:

The K81 series twin wheel caster is made of drop forged steel and produced by machining for extra super heavy-duty applications under severe conditions. The dual-wheel design provides not only the advantage of high load capacity but also rotational flexibility.

Use a Kingpinless design; the raceway is precision-machined and heat-treated. Good effect of impact resistance, can continue the vibration and impact load. Rotates flexibly, moves smoothly, suitable for power traction.

Stable Dual-Wheel Parallel Structure:

The dual-wheel design increases the ground contact area by double, which not only improves the load capacity but also provides a lot of anti-tip stability through the equipment's movement. The heavy-duty double wheel caster is mainly for the AGV automated traction and forklift trailers, which is very rigid in the structure of the bracket, able to withstand great pulling power at the moment of traction, preventing tail swing and structural deformation.

If a material defect or manufacturing error causes a product to fail within 12 months of delivery, the KoCo quality inspection center will investigate and, upon confirmation, provide a free replacement. It should be noted that the warranty is void for any damage resulting from unauthorized modifications, overloading beyond the specifications, or neglect of proper maintenance. Our liability is restricted to the free replacement of the defective parts only and excludes any costs for logistics, labor, or installation of such parts. KoCo does not issue any implied warranties for certain commercial purposes and limits itself to replacement responsibility as described in this document only.
