Product Description:
The K83 series heavy duty nylon twin wheels caster is drop forged steel and crafted by machining for ultra-heavy-duty applications that require working in extremely severe conditions. The dual-wheel configuration brings the benefits of high load capacity and superior rotational flexibility.
Pinless (kingpinless) design, the raceway is precision-machined and heat-treated. The product has excellent impact resistance; it can endure continuous vibration and impact loads. It rotates flexibly, moves smoothly, and is compatible with power traction.



Advantages of Dual Wheels Nylon Heavy Duty Caster:
Forged Steel and Machining Process:
Adopt high-strength forged steel components, which are combined with precision machining and localized heat treatment. Have a very high fatigue strength that is far superior to ordinary welded or cast parts.
10-Ton Dual Wheel Load-Bearing Structure:
Uses a parallel dual-wheel design (each wheel width can be up to 100mm), which greatly increases the contact area with the ground and hence effectively protects the workshop floor. On the other hand, the dual-wheel structure considerably lowers the rotational friction.
Kingpinless Double-Row Raceway Technology:
Remove the central kingpin, which is fragile, completely, and replace it with a precision-machined double-row ball bearing track design. This design is able to perfectly distribute the vertical pressure and horizontal impact forces to the raceway, thus ensuring continuous operation at high speed and power traction long life.

Heavy Duty Nylon Caster Selection Guide:
FS Forged Steel: In case of metallurgy, mining environments, or if a load close to 10,000kg is required, FS forged steel wheels are the only option that guarantees strength and life span.
NX Reinforced Nylon: When indoor floors are smooth and extreme ease of starting is required NX nylon wheels will do the job while still be able to provide a load capacity of 9,000 kg.
PX Polyurethane (PU): If you wish to protect your epoxy floor from heavy loads or need some degree of noise reduction and shock absorption, the PX material is the best choice with a maximum load capacity of 6,000kg.

Replacement parts covered by the warranty will be free of charge from KoCo, while the buyer has to bear the cost of logistics and reassembly. Moreover, this warranty is limited solely to the product; KoCo is not legally responsible for any indirect, special, or consequential damages such as loss of production time resulting from product failure.
